Night Shift: 6 PM- 5:30 AM, Rotational Shift, one week 3 Day's and next week 4 Day's Primary Function: The Lead Machine Operator is responsible for coordinating the work of employees who set up and operate the machines within the Production department to attain goals set forth for the assigned shift. Is responsible for safely operating the machines at the highest possible efficiency while tracking production and scrap. They are responsible for keeping the area clean and organized as well as effectively communicating any problems with the machines, product or the department to the shift supervisor.
