What you will do: - Investigate, make coverage determination, prepare complete scope and adjust to disposition commercial lines losses. - Position requires extensive personal contact with insureds, their legal representatives and customer agents. Occasional contact with law enforcement officials may be required. - Operate on an independent basis with limited supervision in handling/settling a high volume of claims within assigned authority. - Submit reports within specified time frames as required by the Claims Technical Manual or as required by supervisor or manager. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.
