The Global Credit Risk department sets the credit risk strategy, ensuring that ING’s lending practices are in line with its risk tolerance and regulatory requirements and managing credit restructuring from a global and central point. Global Credit Risk plays a critical role via its credit risk policies, credit risk appetite setting and credit risk portfolio management in protecting the bank from losses due to defaults or economic downturns. The team: You will be part of the Credit Risk Insight and Appetite team, a global function within Credit Risk Management. The team is responsible for defining ING’s Credit Risk Appetite, delivering consolidated dashboards, and developing advanced analytics capabilities. It works closely with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, COO, and the front office, and engages with external auditors and regulators.
