Practice Coordinator Location : Buckingham Vets4pets Ltd. MK18 1TB At Buckingham Vets for Pets we’re looking for a highly organised individual to join our practice where you’ll be providing a professional and efficient administration service to our clients, delivering a first-class service in customer care. We’re a busy, small animal practice with a friendly and dedicated team, where every team member is valued, supported, and encouraged to have a real impact on the way we work. This is a full-time role over 40 hours per week and will include 1 in 4 Saturdays. This is a varied position combining administration, reception, and social media co-ordination. You’ll be the welcoming face of the practice, supporting our clients and their pets while also helping us share our story online. Administrative Duties include: - Overseeing daily practice operations, including Vet rotas, staff schedules, and all administrative tasks - Reports directly to the Joint Venture Partner (JVP). - Managing insurance claims and chasing outstanding payments, daily cashing up and banking. - Supporting clients, including handling sensitive bereavement cases - Maintaining policies, procedures, and SOPs - Assisti...
