What this role actually looks like We are seeking a committed and compassionate Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed and culturally responsive services. This is a key leadership role where you will support, mentor and guide a dedicated multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for children, young people and families. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are safe, effective, compliant, and aligned with program models and contractual requirements. The role also works closely with a network of dedicated community foster carers, supporting strong therapeutic care environments for children and young people. Experience working within community foster care, including foster carer assessment, support or development, will be highly regarded.
