Colorado Mechanical Systems, LLC. (CMS) is privately owned and operated in Centennial, Colorado. CMS provides commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and plumbing services across the Colorado Front Range, including Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins Colorado Mechanical Systems is looking for HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman/General Foreman to be an integral part of our projects in the Denver metro area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Planning and Pre-planning: - Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of assembling, and installing sheet metal products - Responsibility for entire duct detailing function. - Coordinates all duct deliveries with shop - May study schedules and estimate requirements for completion of job. Analyze and resolves work problems - Coordinates ductwork with other trades, i.e., plumbing, piping, framers, steel, fire sprinklers, etc. - Order sheet metal materials as necessary to meet the project schedule - Coordinates equipment delivery with project manager/engineer and general contractor...
