Position: People and Culture Advisor Location: Numurkah, with travel to Cobram and Nathalia as required EFT/Hours: 0.8 EFT to Full Time (64 to 80 Hours Per Fortnight) Status: Part Time/Full Time - Fixed Term until September 2026 (Internal Higher Duties backfill) Hourly Rate: HS3 Level 1-5 $37.6763 - $41.6526 or HS4 $42.3368 Level 1(depending on qualifications and experience) per hour plus 12% superannuation About the Role: NCN Health has an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Advisor to join our People, Safety and Engagement team. The People and Culture Advisor is a generalist human resources (HR) role that supports the People and Engagement Manager and Director People, Safety and Engagement, working across NCN Health as required to provide a range of responsive HR services across NCN Health.
