NaphCare is hiring a Behavioral Health Clerk to join our team of medical professionals working at the Arizona Department of Corrections - Birmingham facility located in Birmingham, AL. As a Correctional Behavioral Health Clerk, you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to provide administrative and clerical support to the Mental Health Director and Health Services Administrator. Working within a controlled environment, where security is top priority and the days are never dull. Responsibilities: As the Behavioral Health Clerk , your key responsibilities include and may not be limited to: - Responsible for managing all incoming calls, direct/ transfer calls to appropriate staff, retrieve all voicemails daily and return calls, as necessary - Utilize Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, to prepare various reports, memos and correspondence as needed.
