Position Overview: The Surgery Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in planning and scheduling surgical cases, coordinating physician schedules, and ensuring that all resources are available for successful patient care. This position supports surgeons, patients, and staff by managing appointments, obtaining necessary documentation, and preparing hospitals and surgical facilities for each case. The Coordinator ensures smooth communication between patients, providers, and facilities to deliver efficient, high-quality surgical care.
