Description: JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a patient/client/resident and family centred care model and in accordance with established vision and values of the organization, this position functions under the operational supervision of the Program Manager, the practice supervision of the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Practice Coordinators and the work direction of designated occupational therapist and physiotherapist, in coordination with the other interdisciplinary team members to carry out established rehabilitative activities in both occupational therapy (OT) and physiotherapy (PT) scopes of practice.
