Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Order Fulfillment Operations Lead position is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the timely fulfillment of outbound shipments and the put-away of inbound inventory. This role provides direct leadership to a team of warehouse associates, with responsibility for setting daily priorities, monitoring performance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position serves as a key operational resource, ensuring that all order fulfillment activities meet internal quality standards, service level agreements, and customer expectations. The Lead acts as a liaison between departments, supports team development, and works to maintain daily operational continuity.
