SUMMARY: As a Behavioral Health Tech I, your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively and demonstrated compassion greatly assists in the successful treatment and rehabilitation of all patients. STATUS: FULL TIME: LOCATION: JEROME CENTER: DEPARTMENT: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH: SCHEDULE: VARIES: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Associates in Human Services or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or Human Services preferred. - 1-3 years of healthcare experience in related field preferred ​ EDUCATION: - Provides direct care services to patient on an individual and group basis, to include but not limited to activities of daily living, social, and psychiatric rehabilitation per treatment plan, as directed by Unit Leadership. - Participates in the development of a comprehensive treatment plan sharing patient’s needs and wants as communicated by patient directly through patient surveys, collaterals, and treatment team. - Documents and communicates patient response to treatment effectively and accurately and in a timely manner according to Program Policies and Procedures. - Provides comprehensive care to patients in a pro...
