Job Description The Senior Director of General Services & Supply Chain Optimization (GSD/SCO) will manage and strategically plan all verticals within the General Services Department, including Building Services, Fleet, Imaging, Printing, and Mail Operations. In addition to leading these operational areas, the Senior Director will collaborate across the broader Supply Chain Management division to provide guidance and insight into policies and cross functional initiatives. Duties include but are not limited to: - Oversee Building Services to ensure optimization in daily operations including space planning initiatives. - Direct Fleet initiatives including fleet count, use of analytics and reporting, enhance use of resource and day-to-day operations. - Plan, administer and coordinate the operations Imaging & Printing including process enhancements to reduce backlogs in each unit. - Oversee critical infrastructure and GSD contracts to codify best practices in maintenance, repairs, and contract usage. - Serve as a direct liaison between operational units and central office. - Develop and manage long-term purchasing strategy for all keys spend categories. - Develop strategy for leveraging...
