Job Summary: Join the Colorado School of Public Health as a Site Coordinator (Open Rank Research Services Intermediate – Senior Professional). This position is a key member of the school’s Lifecourse Epidemiology of Adiposity & Diabetes (LEAD) Center that will work within a small team of study collaborators at the Diabetes Prevention Program Outcomes Study (DPPOS) clinic located in Phoenix, AZ. The DPPOS is the long-term, follow-up study to the landmark clinical trial, Diabetes Prevention Program, a multi-site, NIH-sponsored study which established the means of preventing type 2 diabetes in high-risk adults. In addition to studying the long-term effects of diabetes prevention, DPPOS has turned its attention to the study of Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias in this 30-year study cohort.
