About The Role: Notion is an in-person company across our global offices, and we believe creative magic happens when we collaborate together in the same space. We’re looking for an AMER Workplace Lead to own the strategy and day to day excellence of our San Francisco and New York offices. In this role, you’ll lead a team that delivers a consistent, high-quality, distinctly-Notion workplace experience balancing operational rigor , people-first service , and a strong point of view on how space and in-person rituals help teams do their best work. You’ll be the regional leader and “bar raiser” for workplace operations and employee (Notino) experience, while partnering closely with cross functional teams (Security, IT, People, Finance, Recruiting, Comms, Events, Real Estate/Build, etc.) to keep our offices running smoothly and evolving thoughtfully. This role reports to the Global Head of Notino Experience and is based in San Francisco, CA.
