Min USD $31.51/Hr. Max: USD $48.83/Hr. Schedule: 40 hours a week, typical work hours of 8:00 - 4:30pm Varying early mornings or evening hours to accommodate night shift colleagues or when running a simulation (You will be able to flex time) Travel: The Clinical Learning Consultant (Obstetrical Services) will be required to travel to the surrounding affiliates (50% travel) and their main office can either be at DMH or in Springfield at the MLC. (Milage will be reimubrsed from their main location) The Clinical Learning Consultant partners with clinical leaders, educators, and stakeholders across the health system to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical learning solutions that strengthen workforce competence, organizational performance and safe, high-quality patient care. This role applies clinical expertise, instructional design, adult learning principles, and consulting to close skills gaps, advance regulatory readiness, support strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
