Job Description: Join our team as a Night Auditor at Ibis Melbourne Hotel & Apartments! We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage our hotel's overnight operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. - This role is required to work overnight from 11pm to 7.00am the next day. - Oversee front desk operations during the night shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries with a friendly and professional manner - Perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures. - Compile Night Audit day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, distributing to specific departments in a timely manner as required - Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs and co...
