Job description

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Applications Manager to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Key Responsibilities: - Direct planning, execution, and oversight of enterprise application services. - Manage task scope, schedules, priorities, deliverables, and resource allocation. - Assign work, balance workloads, and ensure service performance meets program commitments. - Establish task‑level governance, performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs), and reporting mechanisms. - Coordinate with program leadership, architects, development teams, vendors, and stakeholders. - Oversee application lifecycle: sustainment, enhancements, integrations, deployments, and transition activities. - Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and resource risks to delivery. - Produce status reports, recommendations, decision support briefings, and action trackers for program management. - Ensure compliance with security, configuration management, and change control processes. #ENOCS Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Acceptable Certifications (one or more preferred) - Minimum of 16 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 14 years with MS/M...
