JOB SUMMARY: The Clinic Call Specialist acts as an answering service for contracted clinics and provider offices. Clinic Call Specialist will interact with patients, providers, hospital & clinical staff via phone and EMR to ensure continuity of patient care. Asks appropriate and clarifying questions to obtain information necessary to be able to relay accurate messages to contracted clinics and provider offices.
