The Challenge: Within the Digital Experience organization, you will be a Solution Account Manager (SAM) responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers. You will act as the primary contact across all stages of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and growth. You will operate in close alignment with Account Executives, Renewal Sales Specialists, Product Specialists, and Customer Success teams to ensure customers realize continuous value from Adobe solutions.
