Position Summary: The Contract Specialist supports the Sales and Legal teams for the gaming and systems lines of business of LNW Gaming primarily via: Contract document drafting and review, Contract database and file maintenance,: Contract searches,: Research, and: Special projects. Responsibilities: Prepare documents, agreements, and instruments (such as sales and lease agreements, etc.) using standardized templates with minimal supervision Understand LNW Gaming’s business, culture, products, markets, facilities, customers, and competitors; and utilize that knowledge working with internal/external clients Coordinate with LNW Gaming’s sales team to generate contract documents for gaming/systems equipment Maintain contract database and tracking/filing system for legal documents Ensure contracts include appropriate approvals and meet compliance regulations Build credibility and create an atmosphere of positive teamwork and problem solving Maintain consistent...
