Chief Growth & Engagement Officer Role Summary: The Chief Growth & Engagement Officer will be a key leader of NYPR's multiplatform transformation delivering accessible service, reaching local, national, and international stakeholders wherever they are, building lasting relationships, and converting that engagement into sustainable long-term loyalty and value. Reporting to the CEO and working collaboratively and strategically in partnership with other NYPR leaders, this role partners throughout the organization to drive growth, deepen stakeholder relationships, and unlock new revenue opportunities. The CGEO will build teams to establish shared KPIs for growth, engagement, and loyalty, introduce cohesive and accountable ways of working, and build agile and inclusive operational processes that respond to a rapidly evolving landscape increasingly shaped by AI and other disruptive technologies.
