Marketing & Business Development Specialist

Job description

This role is responsible for independently managing and coordinating pitch processes and key business development activities, including the preparation of client proposals, development of sector plans, delivery of legal directory submissions, and management of BD tools and knowledge repositories. The BD & Pitch Specialist acts as a trusted partner for Partners and lawyers, providing operational and advisory support in client acquisition processes. The role ensures alignment with firmwide standards and contributes new solutions that enhance the effectiveness of pitching processes and strengthen the firm’s market presence. It also involves close collaboration with the Marketing and PR team, particularly in the use of client, industry, and sector data to inform communication strategies and support initiatives that reinforce the firm’s visibility and competitive positioning.
