About the Team The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team to drive policy implementation, enforcement optimization, moderation operations, and quality assurance - Own and drive high-impact initiatives to improve content quality and monetization integrity across the ecosystem - Own core enforcement and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven strategies - Translate data insights into clear strategies and actionable team priorities - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc.) to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery of initiatives - Navigate competing priorities and constraints across stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive outcomes - Drive clear and effective communication across teams and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
