LOCATION: Brevard County, FL JOB SUMMARY: The Market President functions as a market leader and is responsible for executing the market’s business development defined by the Regional President, focusing on client satisfaction and retention, coaching, and inspecting the Client Management Process. The majority of the Market President’s time is spent on client relationship developing/deepening including community events, executing the market strategy, in collaboration with the market leadership team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serves as an integral member of the market leadership team and develops strong relationships the leaders of the business and key support partners - Supporting and promoting the reputation and brand of the organization in the market and community - Developing new relationships for the Bank from executive contacts, centers of influence (COI’s) and market activities. - Expected to be the “face of the bank” to the business community within their market. - Be a voice for the bankers, customers, prospects, and community. - Be an ambassador to the community bringing in bankers, wealth advisors, residential loan originators or treasury management associate...
