In-house Employment Lawyer: Location: London (Hybrid) Package: £Negotiable + Benefits Reporting to Chief Legal Officer, this role provides expert, pragmatic and commercially focused employment law advice across Brown & Brown (Europe). It is a strategic, consultative role, partnering closely with Team Resources (HR), senior leaders and the wider business to manage employment risk, shape people-related strategy, and ensure legal compliance while enabling growth. The role holder will act as a trusted advisor, balancing legal rigour with practical solutions, and supporting Brown & Brown’s values-led culture by ensuring fair, consistent and lawful employment practices across the organisation.
