Overview We are hiring a Director Of Outpatient Services to build and manage our PHP/IOP program! Location : Onsite in Riverside, CA Salary Range: $100,000-135,000 About Us Pacific Grove Hospital is a 68‑bed acute psychiatric and chemical dependency hospital located in Riverside, California. The hospital serves adult patients requiring inpatient stabilization for mental health conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. It also provides substance use and dual‑diagnosis treatment, including medically supervised detoxification. Levels of care include inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
