Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Collections Representative I to join us in a full-time capacity. Role Overview: The Collections Representative I is an entry-level position responsible for contacting customers with past-due balances to arrange payment, resolve billing issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role serves as a foundational step in understanding collections operations and company policies.
