Position Summary: The Clinical Lead is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Clinical Assistants ensuring they are accessible to their team. They assist the Clinic Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the patient care staff. The Clinical Lead is also responsible for ensuring the clinics are properly prepared for clinic, zones are cleaned and properly stocked at all times and that weekly and monthly clinic inspections are preformed on clinical areas, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Medical Assisting Diploma or Certificate required. Must have current BLS Certification or must complete certification within 30 days of employment. Preferably three years in a related field.
