Job description

The Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facility management at the site, ensuring effective service, maintenance, and cost control for building infrastructure, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), machinery, and racking systems. The role includes vendor management, site sustainability efforts, and adherence to corporate guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee comprehensive facility management, including service, maintenance, and cost control for MHE, machinery, and racking systems. Manage facility maintenance budgets and provide regular reporting. Optimize costs while maintaining high-quality facility management aligned with budgetary constraints. Collaborate with the Area/Regional Procurement team to ensure compliance with corporate procurement guidelines. Act as the primary contact for facility-related suppliers and landlord(s). Conduct MHE testing during onboarding and deliver in-house MHE training. Perform daily warehouse gemba walks to ensure proper use of MHE, materials, and PBM tools.
