Job description

Program Management and Leadership: - Works to help BPHC advance as an antiracist organization by meeting or exceeding the standards set by the BPHC Anti-Racism Policy. - Responsible for the clinical management and supervision of the Transitions TSS Program, a short-term residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program for adults in early recovery. - Strong commitment to the BPHC mission and Recovery Services Bureau (RSB) shared philosophy of substance use disorders and treatment models. - Responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of clinical services and treatment at Transitions Program, including, but not limited to, planning and development, programmatic policies and procedures, treatment protocols and clinical documentation. - Assists the Program Director in the implementation of systems to ensure program’s compliance with state licensing and federal regulations, and all reporting requirements and evaluation. - Lead the clinical team to develop, plan, evaluate and report on goals, objectives and outcomes for the program. - Works in a confidential capacity with Program Director and meets regularly with supervisor regarding all aspects of program operatio...
