Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.00 Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a clean and positive work environment. This position is an important step toward assuming the responsibilities of a General Manager. Key Responsibilities: Leadership ? Assist with hiring, training, motivating, and developing team members to ensure restaurant success. ? Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members using the company’s learning management system (WKS+ and WeLearn). ? Represent the General Manager in meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities when the GM is not available. ?
