Full Time (32 hours/week) - Hospice of Cincinnati Location: 4310 Cooper Road, Cincinnati OH 45242 - Float role (Good Sam Hospital, Christ Hospital, UC Medical Center & VA)-role will float to volume of referrals. Work Schedule: - Full Time - Tuesday-Friday 11.a.m.-7:30p.m. - 3rd weekend requirement. Job Overview: This position applies the nursing process in providing direct and indirect holistic care to patients and their families. The position also collaborates, in a collegial manner, with physicians and other health care team members in meeting the patient's needs.
