The Role… At Soho House, a Sushi Chef will consistently produce dishes that reflect authenticity, creativity, and quality, while maintaining food safety standards and contributing positively to the kitchen team. This role will also involve working closely with the Head Chef to innovate and refine sushi offerings for the Club’s diverse clientele Y our main responsibility will be for the preparation, crafting, and presentation of high-quality sushi dishes, sashimi, and Japanese-inspired small plates. The role requires precise knife skills, a refined palate, and a strong understanding of traditional and modern sushi techniques.
