We are currently hiring a Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in our Hamilton, NJ office. Qualifications: - Assist with and support the drafting and review of commercial and residential leases and amendments, purchase and sale agreements, estoppels, SNDAs, financing and closing documents. - Coordinate and track due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, including organizing and reviewing zoning reports, Phase I environmental reports, surveys, and title materials. - Maintain detailed closing checklists and coordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, and outside counsel to facilitate timely and organized closings. - Support property-related matters, including document collection and organization for tax appeals, evictions, and insurance claims. - Organize and manage documentation for property-related matters, includ...
