Interventional Pain Management Physician Overview & Highlights: - Location: Phoenix, AZ (with 2 days/month in Casa Grande ASC) - Schedule: Clinic + procedural mix (1–2 days/week in ASC) - Compensation: $450,000 guaranteed base - Bonus Structure: 40% of office collections - 25% of ASC collections (after implant costs) - Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision; 4 weeks PTO/Sick Time; $2,000 CME stipend; malpractice and license coverage - Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: Available; enhanced packages for physicians bringing an existing patient panel or practice Location & Logistics: About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is a balanced interventional pain role combining clinic-based patient care with consistent procedural volume. Your week will include evaluating and managing a diverse pain population in the clinic while also maintaining dedicated time in the ASC for injections, minimally invasive procedures, and implants.
