About the job The Production Operator, working closely with the Technical Services Supervisor, is responsible for operating and monitoring the assigned machines in the printing and coding facility. This role requires experience in a production environment, an efficiency-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills to ensure seamless operational flow. ROLE: - Ensure all machines are operated in the correct way and according to production plan with an efficiency mindset in printing and coding facility - Ensure operator level maintenance/cleaning activities listed in maintenance plans are carried out properly for assigned machine/machines in printing and coding facility - Take necessary actions with supervision of Technical Service Supervisor to reduce the waste - Ensure production quantities, waste quantities and reason for waste are recorded without any delay - Report any failure on production process to supervisor immediately - Operate all assets in factory including flexo-press, finishing machinery (QC, slitting and sheet cutting) and coding machinery - Track and record usage of the inks on the machinery and stock - Track and report usage of consumables for all machines in pr...
