Job description

Position : Network Technician Location : U.S. Joint Modernization Command, Fort Bliss, TX Position Description : Serve as a Server Technician supporting the U.S. Army Joint Modernization Command (JMC), G6/NETOPS branch. Responsible for engineering, integrating, and managing Battle Command Common Services (BCCS) Servers, Tactical Server Infrastructure (TSI) servers, and other peripheral systems and equipment incorporated within the Joint Modernization Command Support Network (JMCSN). Manage digital infrastructures for large-scale experimentation events and provide daily operational support during the execution of experiments. Provide expertise on Mission Command Information Systems, Enterprise Services and Tactical Command Systems to include Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE). A total of three network enclaves will be supported: Secret Internet Protocol Router Network ( SIPRNet ), Coalition Networks, and Knowledge of Colorless Transport.
