The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an entry level Associate Attorney. Prior insurance defense or personal injury experience preferred but not required. Requirements: - Previous experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense and personal injury is helpful but not required. - Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy. - Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required. - Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are our compass—your unwavering commitment to exceptional client service. Your Day-to-Day: - Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery. - Conduct legal research and analysis. - Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations. - Participate in meetings with clients and negotiate settlements. - Assist in the preparation for trials. - Demonstrate proficiency in Word and Microsoft Office. - Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
