Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Director of Ancillary Clinical Services to join our team on a Full-Time basis. In partnership with Senior Leadership, the Director of Ancillary Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing diagnostic, therapeutic, and support departments that complement primary medical care, such as Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Rehabilitation (PT/OT/Speech). This role ensures these departments operate efficiently, adhere to regulatory standards, and provide high-quality patient care. The Director of Ancillary Clinical Services will provide strategic direction and oversight for daily operations across multiple ancillary departments. They ensure departments run smoothly, optimizing workflows and maximizing resources to support overall hospital goals.
