Production Operator - Multiple Shifts

Summary: We are looking for quality candidates like you to join an amazing team. Full Time positions available from entry level to experienced Machine Operators in our Bear, DE facility. Shift One - 7:00 to 3:30 pm (Mon-Fri) Shift Two - 3:00 pm to 11:30 PM (Mon-Fri) Shift Three - 11:00 pm to 7:30 AM (Sun-Thu) Plant shifts listed above; specific shift assignments are subject to change due to availability or business needs Qualifications: Experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial related environment preferred - Set-up, operate and troubleshoot production equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials. - Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification. - Accurately record production data into the computer database. - Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties. Resolve process issues and escalate as needed - Perform other duties as directed and assigned - Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up. - High School Diploma or Equivalency Preferred - Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed - Focus on Safety and fo...
