About the Role As a Training Product Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing nationally accredited training products that support Australia’s mining and automotive workforce. Working within AUSMASA’s Training and Workforce Innovation team, you’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of training products across the AUR, AUM and RII Training Packages. Operating in a national, tripartite environment, you’ll consult widely with industry, unions, government and training providers to identify workforce capability requirements and translate these into high-quality, compliant training products in line with the Training Package Organising Framework (TPOF). This role suits someone who enjoys technical writing, stakeholder consultation, and working across multiple projects to deliver training products that are practical, future-focused, and trusted by industry.
