What you will need: - HLTA status. - Strong understanding of the primary curriculum. - Confidence in leading whole-class teaching. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude. - A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed. - Experience supporting speech and Language would be desirable.
