While this role is based in Ireland, it is fundamentally global in scope and mindset. We are looking for someone who operates beyond regional boundaries, bringing a unified, enterprise-wide approach to HR Operations. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, global HR Operations colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
