Job description

The Director of Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and Retail Immediate Annuities provides deep actuarial and technical expertise on PRT of Defined Benefit pension plans and annuity products, with extensive experience in valuation and financial modeling. This role is primarily a senior individual contributor, accountable for end to end execution of valuation, financial reporting, reinsurance, and governance activities for PRT, while serving as a project leader and cross functional partner across Finance, Reinsurance, Pricing, Operations, and Risk. The role includes people management responsibility for Retail Immediate Annuities work. Success in this role requires strong ownership mindset, the ability to manage complex timelines and dependencies, and effective communication with senior stakeholders. This position is available onsite in Downtown Houston, TX.
