Job Description: Your role will be to allocate and manage the team within the Mould Shop to ensure that high quality equipment is delivered to the Production team in a timely manner. You will need to liaise with external providers regarding equipment repairs and replacements, as well as ensuring onsite equipment is maintained through servicing and repairs. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing and developing the Mould Shop team to achieve operational excellence and maintain high performance standards • Liaising with external service providers to arrange equipment repairs, replacements, and maintenance schedules • Overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance programmes to minimise equipment downtime • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating equipment procurement to support production requirements • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance proce...
