Job Summary The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of their department on the manufacturing shop floor to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company quality standards and production targets. This role drives operational performance by coordinating workflows, monitoring employee productivity, and continuously improving manufacturing processes. The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining safety standards, and developing team members to support overall business objectives.
