Job Description Job Title: Fixed Term Maternity Cover - HR Manager Location: Hartlebury: Reports to: Managing Director: Position Purpose: Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's culture change initiatives and providing guidance and training to managers.
