Project Manager Department: Water/Wastewater: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Birmingham, AL: Description: Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager for our Birmingham, AL office to lead the delivery of water, stormwater, wastewater, and related municipal/industrial projects . This role manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations from kickoff through closeout, while partnering with discipline leaders and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The Project Manager also supports growth with existing clients through strong relationships, proactive communication, and identification of follow-on opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead project delivery end-to-end : Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close water/stormwater projects while meeting scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Manage financial performance : Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and project controls to achieve revenue, profitability/multiplier, and cash/AR objectives.
