Key Responsibilities: The Regional Training Manager is responsible for delivering and reinforcing sales and operational training programs across a designated Music & Arts region, ensuring frontline teams are equipped to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This regionally focused role supports stores within the leader’s existing market and does not require relocation. Serving as a critical link between training strategy and field execution, the Regional Training Manager drives adoption of key initiatives, coaches leaders and associates, and ensures training efforts translate into measurable performance improvement. This role partners closely with store and district leadership to strengthen sales behaviors, elevate team capability, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. The Regional Training Manager will report directly to the Guitar Center Senior Manager, Training, and collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational priorities across the Music & Arts business.
